Secure your account information and access your bank statements sooner by enrolling in Business Internet Banking e-Statements with Renasant. When you access your statements electronically, you can refer to them any time you like. Eliminating the paper helps you stay organized, offers you a free delivery option and you can print, download, or save your e-Statements for future reference. Once enrolled, your e-Statements and check images will be available for up to 18 months.

Enroll in e-Statements with just a few quick, easy steps:
1. Go to the Business Banking homepage and log in to Online Banking.
2. Once logged in to Online Banking, click Reports > Statements & Documents.
3. Click the View and Maintain Document Preferences link.
4. Select a Delivery Preference for each entitled account/document type:
- Paper
- Online
- Online & Paper
5. Click Continue.
6. Review the Service Agreement and click I Agree to accept.
7. Click Save Preferences.
After you're signed up, you'll receive e-Statements beginning with your next statement cycle, and paper statements will no longer be mailed to you if your delivery preference is Online.
